How long will my jerky stay fresh?

Unopened bags have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the jerky within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain optimal freshness and texture.

When will my order ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?
